How frequently have Stevens–Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis been reported with erlotinib?

Stevens–Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis, including fatal cases, have been reported very rarely (less than 1 in 10,000) with Tarceva (erlotinib), alone or in combination with chemotherapy.
