How does rifampin affect tivozanib exposure?

In healthy volunteers, rifampin 600 mg daily at steady state reduced single-dose tivozanib (1340 micrograms) AUC by 48% and half-life from 121 to 54 hours, without significantly affecting Cmax or AUC0–24h; effects on repeated daily tivozanib dosing have not been studied.
