How does renal impairment affect etoposide clearance and exposure during etoposide phosphate treatment?

During Etopophos (etoposide phosphate) treatment, renal impairment is associated with reduced etoposide total body clearance, increased exposure (AUC) and higher steady-state volume of distribution; however, the effect of renal disease on plasma etoposide clearance in children is unknown.
