In a clinical study, Mysimba at 32 mg naltrexone hydrochloride/360 mg bupropion hydrochloride daily increased the AUC and peak concentration (Cmax) of a 50 mg metoprolol dose approximately fourfold and twofold, respectively, compared with metoprolol alone.
