How does lansoprazole affect bosutinib monohydrate exposure?

In 24 healthy fasting subjects, multiple oral doses of lansoprazole (60 mg) reduced the Cmax and AUC of a single oral bosutinib monohydrate dose (400 mg) to 54% and 74%, respectively, of bosutinib alone; concomitant use requires caution.
