For Canesten Bifonazole Once Daily Athlete's Foot 1% w/w Cream, after a single topical application of 15.2 mg radiolabelled bifonazole and six-hour occlusion, the absorbed fraction and absorption rate were four times higher in inflamed than non-inflamed skin.
