How does flucloxacillin affect voriconazole blood concentrations?

Flucloxacillin, a CYP450 inducer, has been reported to significantly decrease plasma voriconazole concentrations; if coadministration cannot be avoided, monitoring for reduced voriconazole effectiveness is needed and its dose may need increasing.
