Faricimab is a bispecific antibody that neutralises angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), reducing blood vessel permeability and inflammation, inhibiting abnormal blood vessel growth and restoring vascular stability.
