A single dose of magnesium-aluminium antacids taken with Myfortic decreases mycophenolic acid exposure (AUC) by approximately 37% and peak concentration (Cmax) by 25%; intermittent use for occasional dyspepsia is permitted, but chronic daily use is not recommended because exposure and efficacy may decrease.
