Among 355 patients receiving capivasertib (Truqap) plus fulvestrant in CAPItello-291, nausea occurred in 123 (34.6%) and vomiting in 76 (21.4%), both very common; grade 3 or 4 nausea and vomiting occurred in 3 (0.8%) and 6 (1.7%), respectively.
