How can antiviral medicines active against influenza A or B affect Fluenz?

Although concurrent use has not been evaluated, influenza A/B antivirals may reduce Fluenz effectiveness; delay Fluenz until 48 hours after antiviral therapy stops, antivirals within two weeks after vaccination may affect its response, and concomitant use warrants considering revaccination based on clinical judgement.
