Take Zoton FasTab (lansoprazole) at least 30 minutes before food, usually each morning (morning and evening for H. pylori eradication), placing it on the tongue and gently sucking, then swallowing the released microgranules with saliva; alternatively, swallow whole with water or disperse in a little water for administration by oral syringe.
