From what age is Botox indicated for focal spasticity in children with cerebral palsy as an adjunct to rehabilitation?

Botox is indicated from two years of age as an adjunct to rehabilitation for focal spasticity affecting the elbow, wrist and hand in children with cerebral palsy, and the ankle and foot in ambulant children with cerebral palsy.
