Methotrexate 2mg/ml oral solution is indicated for adolescents and children aged 3 years and over with polyarthritic forms of active, severe juvenile idiopathic arthritis when their response to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) has been inadequate.
