Itraconazole 200 mg twice daily with a single oral 6 mg risdiplam dose had no clinically relevant effect on risdiplam exposure (AUC increased 11%, Cmax decreased 9%), and no Evrysdi dose adjustment is required with CYP3A inhibitors.
