Can women breastfeed during zanubrutinib treatment?

Answer

Breastfeeding should be discontinued during zanubrutinib (Brukinsa) treatment because it is unknown whether zanubrutinib or its metabolites enter human milk and a risk to breastfed children cannot be excluded.
