Mixing the hameln pharma ltd product Ergometrine Injection BP 0.05% w/v with other medicines in the same syringe should be avoided because incompatibility depends on pH, temperature and drug concentration; however, it may be diluted to 5 ml with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection before intravenous administration.
