Can sodium nitrite + sodium thiosulfate be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Pregnancy use is generally avoided unless the life-threatening clinical situation requires it. Breastfeeding should be discontinued during treatment because transfer into milk and risk to the infant are unknown.
