Specialists may use injectable magnesium sulfate for severe pre-eclampsia, eclampsia or fetal neuroprotection when appropriate. Prolonged or repeated exposure can require additional newborn monitoring; the selected Epsom Salts crystal product should not be used during pregnancy.
