Can cannabidiol cause weight loss or reduced weight gain?

Cannabidiol (Epidyolex) can cause weight loss or reduced weight gain, appearing dose-related in Lennox–Gastaut syndrome, Dravet syndrome and tuberous sclerosis complex; ongoing weight loss or absent weight gain should be checked periodically to assess whether treatment should continue.
