UWorld ABIM. The largest ABIM Q-bank with the strongest explanations per question. Board-style clinical vignettes that closely match actual exam difficulty and stem length. Peer percentile comparisons. Strengths: question quality, explanation depth, exam simulation fidelity, flexible study modes (timed, untimed, random, topic-based). Weaknesses: no systematic topic coverage (you need to know what to study before selecting topics), no adaptive sequencing, no spaced repetition.
The synthesis. Start with MKSAP for systematic review — this builds the comprehensive knowledge base. Target 12+ weeks from your exam date. Transition to UWorld for question-heavy practice — timed blocks simulating exam conditions, detailed review of explanations. Target 8-12 weeks from exam.
