The key nuance is in the first row. ESMO's type K' items — quadruple true/false decisions — do not appear in the SCE, which is best-of-five throughout. So ESMO's practice items are useful for knowledge but should not be your model of SCE question style.

The SCE Medical Oncology format, verified

The SCE in Medical Oncology follows the standard Federation structure: two papers of 100 best-of-five questions each — 200 questions total — three hours per paper, one day, computer-based via Surpass at a test centre. Worked example: a seven-day plan around clinical work
