High-weight topics drive Part 2. Prioritise them.
High-weight (60-70% of questions): Cardiovascular (hypertension, HF, AF, ACS), CNS (depression, epilepsy, Parkinson's, pain), endocrine (diabetes T1/T2, thyroid), respiratory (asthma, COPD), infections (antibiotics by indication, antifungals).
Medium-weight: GI (PPIs, IBD), MSK (gout, RA, osteoporosis), renal (AKI, CKD, dose adjustments), dermatology.
Lower-weight but tested: Palliative care, ophthalmology, ENT, sexual health.
Cross-cutting: Drug interactions, adverse effects, monitoring, prescribing in special populations (pregnancy, elderly, paediatric, renal/hepatic impairment).
All resources cover Part 2: Passmedicine, OnTrack, Pharm Educate, Pre-Reg Shortcuts, Focus Pre-Reg, iatroX. The differentiation is in explanation quality, adaptive features, and pricing.
Strategy: Weeks 1-4 on high-weight therapeutics. Weeks 5-6 on medium-weight and law/governance. Weeks 7-8 on review and gaps. Use the CRA framework document (downloadable from GPhC website) to map coverage.
iatroX's adaptive quiz automatically weights revision toward weak therapeutic areas — spending more time where you need it and less where you do not.
