A 7 month old infant presents with a first seizure associated with fever. She has a temperature of 38.9 degrees Celsius, is now back to baseline and examination is otherwise normal. There is no neck stiffness or focal neurology. The seizure lasted 3 minutes and generalised tonic clonic in nature. What is the most appropriate management?
