A 3-month-old infant is brought to A&E with a 2-day history of cough, poor feeding and increasing work of breathing. He was born at term. Examination shows tachypnoea, intercostal recession and widespread fine crackles and wheeze. Oxygen saturations are 91% on air. What is the most likely diagnosis?
